The vast majority of DIRECT ALPINE clothing models are produced in EUROPE, primarily in our own country and in Slovakia. Each of our workshops specializes in a specific type of product, excelling in its production with specially trained staff and specialized machinery.
Our company provides complete warranty and post-warranty service for all DIRECT ALPINE outdoor clothing directly in our workshop. A double quality control system—one at the workshop's output and the other at our dispatch warehouse—ensures the highest quality of DIRECT ALPINE clothing. This means you can always rely 100% on our products. Whether it's a tear in your pants from crampons, a rip in your jacket from an ice axe, or mechanically damaged membrane in the shoulder area from years of heavy backpack use, our skilled seamstresses will repair it directly at our headquarters in Kateřinka, Liberec.
Manufacturing in close proximity to our company headquarters allows us to respond very flexibly to customer demands, promptly restock missing and sold-out models, and provide top-quality and rapid service both to corporate clients and end users of the brand. We guarantee quick and timely processing of orders. All outdoor enthusiasts who use our clothing appreciate the quality and speed of the service we provide for DIRECT ALPINE products. Our manufacturing supports the local region, workforce, and employment.
This is why our corporate clients, including rescue services (such as firefighters, mountain guide associations, etc.), who often have even more demanding requirements, frequently return to us with new requests for corporate clothing, uniforms, clothing for their employee benefit programs, or gifts for VIP clients. Another equally important aspect of Direct Alpine's product manufacturing is MINIMAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. While "ecology" is currently a fashionable trend, for us, it is a natural concern. As climbers, cyclists, and runners, we appreciate the beautiful nature around us and understand that we must take care of it! You can read more about our efforts to minimize our environmental impact here – and we have many more plans in this area.
